2. Physical Products

  • We take due care in packaging and shipping physical products.

  • If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Products returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Free Products
